Let’s play a little game! I want you to imagine you can understand me. I want you to imagine for just one moment that I have the same intellect as you, that I am an intelligent adult who can understand everything that’s happening around me. Now for just one moment imagine that you have been born "retarded", yes that’s the word they use to describe me. Imagine your doctor gave you only a few years to live, but instead you lived to be 35 years old. Imagine that your sisters and your father and your mother are embarrassed that you even exist. Imagine that the only person in the whole world who understands you and really loves you is your grandmother. Now imagine that you are trapped inside my body, like a prisoner you peer through the bars and observe the whole world going about a life that is deliberately denied to you. Imagine that world looks at you, judges you, then treats you like a child with no rights. Got the picture? I’m not as dumb as you thought, right?

Now imagine that you are a teenager in my body. Your sexual juices are flowing and like every other teenager you long to have an experience of touching another human being in an intimate loving way that could satisfy those biological urges that haunt you night and day. Imagine that every single moment of every day of your life is supervised by a so called "responsible adult". Imagine that in 30 years you have never had the opportunity to experiment with your sexuality. Imagine that every time you have attempted to have an orgasm you have been slapped down like a bad little boy. Imagine that when you scream out at your oppressors they drug you until you have no will, you are only able to sleep. Now imagine that your grandmother has died, that you have been put in the care of a complete stranger when you are 30 years old.

Imagine that you are attracted to this man in a sexual way, that he understands you the way your grandmother understood you. Imagine he allows you to touch him, to touch yourself, to feel good. Imagine that he gives you the same right to choose your life as would be given to any other 30 year old man. Imagine you feel genuine love from this man and you love him too. Imagine for the first time in your life you feel like a normal human being. Now imagine that those people who have nothing better to do with their lives than to judge other people’s lives are back judging you again. Imagine that they have whispered to each other that something is terribly wrong. Imagine they believe you are "too close" to your guardian. Imagine that they have the power to have you taken away from the only person who has ever given you true happiness. Now imagine that you are put into a home with a man who beats you, abuses you mentally and verbally every day, and gets paid by the government to keep you with him .

Imagine that most of the people in the world are not as intelligent as they pretend to be! Imagine they are in control! Now imagine that you just want to die!
